Study on Incentive Strategy to Teachers in Small-City School Based on Web

Teachers who were regarded as the subject of educational reform, the function of their positivity directly influence the development of school and the improvement of educational quality. Therefore, incentive strategy to teachers is an effective way to promoting their development. This paper analyzed the problems exist in the process of incentive strategy to teachers and put forwards some suggestions based on the practical needs of teachers.
